At bABP, we operate as a small concept-driven lab. Since our artifacts are often produced in limited runs, we ask for your understanding of our return process.
Return Window If something isn't right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition for Returns To be eligible for a return, the hat needs to be in its original, unworn condition:

Unworn & Clean: We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, marks, or odors.

Tags Attached: Please keep all original labels and tags securely attached.

Safe Packaging: While you don't have to use the original shipping box, please ensure the item is packed securely in a proper bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Damages and Issues If your item arrived with a defect, we want to fix that immediately. Email us at info@babp.studio within the 14-day window with:

A brief description of the issue.

A clear photo or a short video confirming the defect.
Exchanges The simplest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is confirmed.
Refunds Once we receive and check that the item is unworn and intact, we’ll send you a confirmation. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
